How do we make purchases?

Choose the items you would like to buy, simply add to cart and click on Checkout to pay. We accept credit cards and Paypal.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes we accept credit cards and Paypal.

How long does it take to ship out my order?

Once payment is received, we will ship out your order within 24 hours. For delivery in Singapore, we will use Singpost normal mail which will take about 5 working days.

For delivery outside Singapore, it takes about 1 to 2 weeks depending on the location. Shipping fee applies. 

Do you have a loyalty program?

We are working towards it. Meanwhile you can add yourself to the member list to be updated with our latest news.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes you can. Please e-mail us in advance and we will advise you on the lead time and costs. Do note that the items are handmade. It may take 1 to 2 weeks for the fabrication depending on the quantity.

Can I customise the items?

At the moment, the items are non-customisable.
